I ordered 6 packs in 1b on Feb 6th and received it on the 10. It only took 10 days to arrive in Taiwan and the seller's communication was excellent. The hair is exactly 18 inches and there are 16 strands in a pack. The seller also sent a free crochet needle with the order. The hair doesn't have a bad smell however, I usually soak it in a mixture of apple cider vinegar in order to remove any factory scent and also to prevent itching and irritation. After I install the hair (I plan to do twists, not crochet) I may add additional feedback. Overall, the product is as described and I would recommend. Thank you to the seller.
